Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet client business requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Dynamics modules with third‑party systems and APIs. Perform unit testing, debugging, and provide post‑deployment support for Dynamics solutions. Document technical specifications and create user training materials for stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and recommend best practices for Dynamics development and deployment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service) development. Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL Server for customizations and data migration. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Field Service modules. Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD for Dynamics projects. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
