Design, develop, and deploy scalable LDAP-as-a-Service components including protocol proxies and sync workers. Implement core LDAP operations (bind, search, compare) with security features such as MFA-aware flows and TLS. Build and maintain data pipelines for directory synchronization, replication to regional read replicas, and high‑availability mechanisms. Operate containerized services on Docker/Kubernetes and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS. Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and test coverage.

2+ years of backend development experience in Go, Python or Node.js. Strong understanding of LDAP protocol, directory services, and authentication mechanisms. Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EC2, S3, DynamoDB). Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and working with CI/CD pipelines. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Experience with OpenLDAP or other LDAP server implementations. Knowledge of security standards (TLS, OAuth, SAML) and MFA integrations. Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (Cursor, Gemini, Claude).
