Job Description
Netomi is a fast‑growing AI startup delivering a no‑code platform that automates enterprise customer experiences for global brands. As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will ensure the quality of AI‑driven conversational products, enhance testing frameworks, and provide actionable insights to improve model accuracy, contributing directly to the company’s mission of transforming CX through intelligent automation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Testing AI-based conversational products to ensure functional correctness and performance.
Monitoring and continuously improving the quality assurance process and adherence to standards.
Driving data quality awareness across cross‑functional teams.
Identifying gaps in model accuracy and recommending enhancements.
Preparing detailed test feedback reports to help improve AI models.
Requirements
2+ years of QA experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency in manual and automation testing, including test planning and execution.
Hands‑on experience with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured.
Strong programming/scripting skills in Java or Python.
Good knowledge of SQL and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
Nice to Have
Experience testing AI/ML models and evaluating model performance.
Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
Familiarity with containerization platforms like Docker/Kubernetes or BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
