Capture a snapshot or analyze the trends in data quality e.g. Completeness, Uniqueness, Timeliness, Accuracy, and Consistency</li><li>Timely Warnings and Issue Reporting – Users receives automatic notifications of data quality issues based on their data standards, along with insights on root cause and remediation approaches</li><li>Collaborative Remediation – Teams have the ability to work together to remediate data issues and validate data prior to using it.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English) are required to facilitate work across multiple countries and time zones. </li><li>Good understanding of Agile Methodologies – SCRUM.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul style="margin-top: 0cm;"><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree is required</li><li>3-5 years in data engineering, data quality engineering, analytics engineering, or a related field</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python, Angular JS and experience building data pipelines </li><li>Hands on experience in Pyspark</li><li>Experience implementing automated data quality checks, testing, or monitoring frameworks</li><li>Familiarity with data quality dimensions and how to operationalize them in code</li><li>Comfort working with cloud data platforms, APIs, and governance/quality tooling</li><li>Ability to translate written rules and standards into executable logic</li><li>Exposure to AI/ML-assisted classification and human-in-the-loop systems a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative, enablement-oriented mentality</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and accepting feedback on own code.</li><li>Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly</li></ul><h2>Good to have : </h2><ul><li>Hands-on with Databricks for unified data analytics, including Databricks Notebooks, Delta Lake, and Catalogues.</li><li>Metadata, lineage, and governance platforms.</li></ul> Additional Information Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
