• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native platforms • Operate reliable infrastructure and improve deployment velocity • Enable developers to ship features with confidence using CI/CD and Kubernetes

• Strong understanding of cloud computing, CI/CD, and containerization • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies • Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset

Exposure to GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD). Experience with Helm and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd). Familiarity with incident management tools (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Jira). Understanding of SLAs, SLOs, and production reliability concepts. Prior experience in customer-facing engineering or support contexts.
