Job Description

NetBrain, founded in 2004, is a leading product‑based provider of no‑code network automation solutions used by thousands of enterprises worldwide. As a Network Automation Engineer in the NA Services Team, you will leverage NetBrain’s platform to design, test, and deploy large‑scale automation workflows, helping customers automate complex network troubleshooting and change management tasks while working in a hybrid Hyderabad environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the resident Network Automation expert for NetBrain customers Design, develop and execute automated test scripts and frameworks to validate network solutions Support customers by performing automated testing, identifying bugs and performance issues Build large‑scale automation workflows using NetBrain’s no‑code platform to resolve high‑frequency tickets

Requirements

Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching) Hands‑on experience with network automation tools such as Ansible, Python or similar scripting Proficiency in REST APIs and integration of automation solutions Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for enterprise networks

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, DevNet) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
