Level AI, a Series C startup headquartered in Noida, is revolutionising customer engagement by transforming contact centres into strategic assets. As an AI Analyst, you will drive product impact through quantitative research, statistical modeling, and AI model optimisation, working closely with senior engineers and data scientists to deliver actionable insights and enhance customer experience. Your contributions will directly influence product roadmap and customer satisfaction metrics, positioning Level AI as a leader in AI-driven enterprise solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Propose and conduct quantitative research into key user behaviors and trends Build statistical models to identify trends and key drivers for decision making Review AI model outputs and identify usage gaps to improve performance Optimize AI model performance through prompt engineering and automated pipelines Generate, test, evaluate, and curate high-quality data for AI model development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 1-2 years of full-time experience as an AI Analyst Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, NumPy) and SQL Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills Experience with prompt engineering for AI models

Nice to Have

Experience with Large Language Models and NLP pipelines Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
