Jumio, a leading identity verification platform, is expanding its ML‑driven biometric solutions. As a Data Engineer II in Bangalore, you will architect and scale data pipelines on AWS, work closely with ML teams, and ensure high‑quality data flows for model training and monitoring. The role offers exposure to cutting‑edge technologies and a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for dataset creation and transformation on AWS Own and optimize Airflow workflows for data processing and model evaluation Write production‑grade SQL and Python code for large‑scale data analysis Collaborate with ML engineers to enable model training, benchmarking, and data drift monitoring Troubleshoot pipeline issues and contribute to data architecture best practices

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering Hands‑on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration Deep knowledge of AWS services (S3, Redshift, EMR, Lambda) Understanding of data modeling, ETL design, and performance tuning Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, 2020‑2023 passout

Nice to Have

Experience with Apache Spark or Flink for big‑data processing Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines Background in machine‑learning pipelines or biometric data handling
