Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop cable harnesses for automotive and electronic products Create detailed schematics and routing diagrams using CAD tools Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements Conduct prototype testing and troubleshoot issues Maintain documentation and adhere to industry standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA) Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency Support suppliers and oversee production quality

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD Electrical Understanding of wiring standards and harness manufacturing processes Hands‑on experience with prototype assembly and testing Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with GD&T and tolerance analysis preferred
