Job Description

As a Forward Deployed Engineer in Bengaluru, you will work hybrid, partnering directly with enterprise customers to lead pilots, demos, and technical implementations, translating their needs into actionable solutions while collaborating across product and engineering teams to drive adoption and success.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead customer-facing engagements including discovery, pilots, and demos.
Partner onsite with customers, engineers, and recruiters to uncover needs and shape solutions.
Keep projects on track with disciplined execution and proactive updates.
Utilize appropriate tools, including AI, to deliver faster outcomes.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to amplify the customer voice.
Requirements
Strong full-stack development skills with ability to configure, debug, and explain web applications.
Proficiency in Ruby or Python for scripting and API integration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience leading onsite technical engagements with enterprise customers.
Ability to translate customer requirements into practical, goal-driven solutions.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI/ML tools to enhance product demos.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Background in SaaS product implementations.
