Build systems that solve them.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into working solutions.Responsibilities:Build AI-powered workflows and systems for internal operationsCreate automation for sales, outbound, marketing, and business processesHelp build tools and products for Growleads and client use casesWork with AI APIs, agents, prompts, automations, and integrationsImprove efficiency by replacing manual work with scalable systemsExperiment with new AI tools and emerging technologiesCollaborate closely with founders and the internal teamBuild quickly, test ideas, improve, and iterateTake ownership of problems instead of waiting for instructionsWhat We Are Looking For:Strong problem-solving mindsetSomeone who enjoys building things from scratchCuriosity around AI, automation, and workflowsAbility to work independently with ownershipFast learner with strong execution mindsetComfortable working across different business problemsTechnical Expectations:You do not need to know everything.
