Collaborate with cross‑functional team to design and develop the NCATS Notebooks Hub cloud‑native platform. Implement responsive front‑end interfaces using React/Angular and build scalable back‑end services with Node.js/Express. Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes/AWS. Create RESTful APIs and integrate data visualization dashboards for scientific data exploration. Maintain code quality through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front‑end frameworks (React or Angular). Hands‑on experience with Node.js/Express for back‑end development. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience building RESTful APIs and working with relational/NoSQL databases. Good command of Git and Agile development practices.

Familiarity with Python for data‑science integrations. Experience in biomedical or healthcare data domains. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
